Diagnosis
The forewing pattern is not as striking as in congeners, having a more typical larentiine transverse fasciation, dark brown on medium brown. There is a strong marginal dark brown triangle with an obtuse vertex as in E. zaes.
Geographical Range
Borneo.
Habitat Preference
The species has only been recorded from G. Kinabalu, where it is frequent from 1620m to 2600m.
