Diagnosis

The facies resembles that of C. obstataria Walker, being relatively uniform brick red, but the forewing discal spot is a point rather than a dash, and that of the hindwing is white (though dark in the holotype from Peninsular Malaysia).

Geographical Range

Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo.

Habitat Preference

The only Bornean specimen located is a male collected on G. Kinabalu by Waterstradt. No altitude is given.
