The venation of the forewing, discal markings and genitalic characters distinguish the species from Pseudomodesa fuscidisca, perhaps the closest in appearance.

Geographical range

Borneo, ?Peninsular Malaysia (FRIM colln).

Habitat preference

All material is taken in lower montane forest at 900m on limestone.
