Diagnosis

This is a smaller, more delicate species than illecta with deeper, more variegated dark grey forewings within which the reniform is obviously paler.

C. conducta* is smaller, with browner, less variegated forewings, but has a similarly narrow, straplike valve in the male genitalia; it has not been recorded definitely from Borneo.
