Taxonomic Note

Martini & Thöny (1993) recorded a male of C. politus from 1950m on G Trus Madi in Sabah. It is discussed briefly in the description of minutoides. The male and female genitalia are illustrated by Behounek & Thöny (1995: figs 2, 3), and differences from minutoides. Behounek & Ronkay (1999: 117) discussed the C. minutus Dufay species group more generally when describing three more species.
