Diagnosis

The forewings are triangular, the hindwings slightly angled. The ground colour is a deep emerald green, suffused slightly bluish in the forewing discal area. Irregular black and white speckling and blotching occurs subbasally, on the discal spots and submarginally, particularly towards the forewing dorsum and near the costal angle of the hindwing. On the underside the forewing is similar, but the hindwing is white with, over the anterior half, a broad black border.
