Diagnosis and taxonomic note
The fore- and hindwings are long and very narrow as illustrated. The forewings are slightly paddle-shaped, broadest at about three-quarters, medium rusty orange-brown with blackish darkening on the veins and a broad, diffusely bordered, oblique blackish band across the centre of the wing. The abdomen has a transverse creamy white band below.
Geographical range
Borneo.
Habitat preference
The holotype female (OUMNH: 257) was taken in Sarawak by A.R. Wallace, probably in the lowlands.
